Aderate is an internal analytics tool that connects to the Meta Marketing API to retrieve, analyse, and visualise advertising creative and performance data from your Meta ad accounts. The App uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate creative analysis, brief templates, and script breakdowns.
The App is intended solely for use by authorised users who have legitimate access to the Meta ad accounts connected to the App. You must have the legal authority to connect any ad accounts and grant the App access to their data.
The App accesses Meta Platform Data solely to provide its core analytics features. You agree to use this data in accordance with:
You must not use Meta Platform Data obtained through the App for purposes not permitted under Meta's terms, including advertising targeting, selling data to third parties, or any form of surveillance.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of Aderate and its operators. Ad data, creatives, and performance metrics retrieved from Meta remain the property of the respective ad account holders.
The App integrates with third-party services including Meta, Google (Gemini API), and Railway. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any AI-generated analysis or brief will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aderate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your data stored in the App may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
