Aderate ("the App"), accessible at aderate.io, is an internal tool used to analyse and manage Meta advertising creatives and performance data. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.
The App is operated solely for internal business purposes and is not a public-facing service.
The App connects to the Meta Marketing API on your behalf and retrieves the following data from your linked ad accounts:
The App also stores configuration data you provide, including your Meta access token and Gemini API key, solely to enable its features.
All data is stored in a private SQLite database hosted on Railway (our deployment platform). Data is not stored in any public location and is not accessible to third parties.
API keys and access tokens are stored in the same database and are used only to make authenticated requests to Meta and Google APIs on your behalf.
The App integrates with the following third-party services:
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties beyond the service integrations listed above, which are necessary for the App to function.
Ad performance data is retained in the database for as long as the App is in use. You can delete individual records or reset the database at any time through the App settings. Synced data is refreshed on each sync cycle and historical snapshots are stored for trend analysis.
The App is deployed on a private Railway instance. Access is restricted to authorised users only. API credentials are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser or to other users.
We recommend rotating your Meta access token periodically and revoking it if you suspect unauthorised access.
As this is an internal tool used by your own business to access your own Meta ad account data, you retain full ownership and control over all data stored within the App. You may request deletion of all stored data at any time.
The App uses the Meta Marketing API in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data retrieved from Meta is used solely for the business purposes of the account holder and is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not permitted under Meta's terms.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
